The purpose of this project is to hire a community organizer 10 hours per week and a grant writer/consultant 8 hours per week to assist the West Side New Beginnings Coalition of West Rehoboth, made up of community orgainizations, church ovlunteers, and residents in partnership, to carry out a recently created neighborhood revitalization plan for West Rehoboth, an historic African-American economically fragile community. |
